A newly refurbished, quiet flat of 76m2 (818 sq ft) with open views onto Stanhope Gardens in a classic, elegant building. The apartment has fast broadband WiFi, a smart TV, two bedrooms with Queen size beds, two bathrooms (one ensuite), hotel quality linen and a fully equipped kitchen. Shops, restaurants, museums, Hyde Park & Harrods are only a short walk away.

Amenities

A lovely large dining table and high end furnished seating area with large sofa and smart HD-TV, (you can stream Netflix & more), high speed wi-fi internet. You will also find a desk in the blue room, both the desk and the dining table are convenient to do work. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook, bake and maybe prepare a fine dinner.

You will find an espresso coffee machine, oven, combined washer dryer, grill, microwave, toaster and a large fridge. There are two good sized bedrooms (no beds mounted directly against walls !) with Queen size beds , one with an additional large desk/ workspace, and both with large empty wardrobe space. Check out the lovely views towards Chelsea from the bedrooms - looking over a quiet Mews area. Two bathrooms, with enclosed showers, each with a hairdryer, underfloor heating, and marble tiles - one ensuite. Shampoo, soap, shower gel, toilet paper, … are all provided

You will find luxury linens and towels and comfortable quality mattresses.

All is super clean - as I am an Austrian lady and we have a very "German " approach to cleanliness. Large and new double glazed windows, no buildings opposite and the heigh ceilings make for a generous and comfortable ambiance.

Please note

The apartment is located on the third floor of this building (no lift).

It is not that difficult to climb the stairs - as the staircase is wide and carpeted.

But if you have any handicap or bring babies and toddlers - this might be an issue.

Advantage : there is a much better air quality in our flat, less noise even with open windows - and you have great views over the huge trees of Stanhope Gardens, and look out to the rear towards Kings Road and Chelsea.

No high buildings opposite on both sides of the flat.
